Gridley Wildfire Distribution Center- Offering various household supplies and food to Camp Fire and Bear/North Complex Fire survivors in the Gridley area. Supplies vary depending on donations, but include new toiletries, household items like toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, pet food, clothing, and non-perishable foods. Food donations also sometimes include fresh produce, but produce items are never guaranteed. Available to Bear and Camp Fire survivors, survivors must be able to present a valid photo ID and FEMA paperwork that matches fire impacted address or insurance paperwork that illustrates impact. Survivors may access the center once a week, and non-survivors are not permitted within the center even if accompanied by a survivor.Survivors can drop in to access service on Tuesdays from 10am-1pm at The Distribution Center located at 893 Hazel Street, Gridley 95948.

Paradise Adventist Church- Love Paradise- Paradise Adventist Church, in partnership with Love Paradise, is offering a grocery assistance and delivery program for Camp Fire survivors affected by the COVID-19 crisis. This service is free (for groceries up to $50) and requires registration. Please Note: Camp Fire survivors may access the Love Delivers program twice per month for grocery assistance. However, if a survivor would like access to free-delivery, Love Delivery may accommodate that service once per week. Holiday Market is willing to accept CalFresh for the amount above $50, however, Camp Fire survivors must go to the store themselves to complete the transaction. Please use the following steps:

  1. Complete the Love Delivers application please at the following link: https://bit.ly/2VMxQww   
  2. Receive Initial Email from Love Delivers-either acceptance or denial into program
  3. Email grocery list to lovedelivers@paradiseadventist.org with your full name and date in the subject line
  4. You will receive $50 worth of grocery assistance through Holiday Market. If your grocery bill goes above $50, Love Delivers will process a credit or debit card for the difference.
  5. Your groceries will be delivered for free as soon as full-payment has been received.

Paradise Adventist Church- Food Box Giveaway-**COVID-19 Update: Distributions will be held in the parking lot and participants are asked to practice social distancing and wear face coverings when attending distribution. Upon request: Food distribution can be delivered to the vehicle during the distribution if called ahead.** Offering a weekly distribution of food boxes that contain fresh produce as well as dairy, eggs, cheese and meat.  Boxes are first come, first served, while supplies last. Drop in during distribution hours. Available Mondays from 10am-2pm or until supplies run out.Located at Paradise Adventist Church parking lot, 5720 Academy Drive, Paradise 

Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano- Providing food to anyone in need, no questions asked. Food items available to participants will vary at each distribution but always include shelf stable milk, grains, a protein source, and fresh fruit or vegetables. This pantry will be operational as long as there is a demonstrated need from the community.Participants will be asked if they are survivors of any of the recent disaster but no ID is required and anyone in need will be provided food. **COVID-19 Update- The Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano will maintain operations as a drive-thru distribution in order to maintain social distancing. Participants are encouraged not to leave their cars in order to assist in maintaining the safety of those distributing food. Participants who do not have a vehicle will still be able to access the food distribution, but will be asked to maintain (at least) a 6ft distance from those distributing food. First Christian Church – Paradise Offering food to individuals and families. Food pantry will be operated as a drive-thru distribution, and participants will remain in their car throughout the food distribution process. All are welcome, and anyone in need can receive dry goods, water, canned foods, snacks, and produce. Food distribution will depend on family size. Food will be provided while supplies last. Available in Paradise (5738 Pentz Road, Paradise – Corner of Pearson and Pentz Road) every Saturday from 11am-1pm, every Sunday (after church) Noon – 2pm or until supplies run out.  **COVID-19 Update- First Christian Church Food Distribution will be operated as a drive-thru distribution, and participants will remain in their car throughout the food distribution process.**

Paradise Alliance Church- Community Dinner- Offering a free dinner to the ridge community every Thursday night from 5:30pm-6:30 pm.  The Paradise Alliance Church Community Dinner is available to Camp Fire survivors and all interested individuals.  COVID-19 Update- The Church office is temporarily closed, and the phone will not be answered at this time. Questions and requests for more information may be directed to the church via email to churchoffice@paradisecma.org . Meals can be picked up at the North Side Drive-Thru at 6491 Clark Road, Paradise

Community Action Agency – North State Food Bank Distribution – Food commodities distribution schedule. First come, first serve. Please note: the “City” does not indicate WHERE the food will be distributed, but rather who the food is intended for. Locations will have commodities for intended city.**COVID-19 Update– All currently scheduled distribution events through the North State Food Bank of the Community Action Agency will be maintained. The North State Food Bank will increase the amount of food available to seniors and families in need. Those attending all food distribution events are encouraged to practice safe distancing and sanitizing of hands to minimize the spread of COVID-19.** Changes to the Distribution Schedule are happening frequently, please see facebook page for updates to scheduled distribution events:

Paradise First Baptist ChurchFood Pantry- Offering a food pantry open to all fire survivors and those in need. Families can pick up a box of groceries, bottled drinking water, and prayer is also offered. No restrictions. ID is not required. Open Tuesdays and Fridays from 12pm(noon)- 4pm. Located at First Baptist Church in Paradise, 6500 Clark Road, Paradise. **COVID-19 Update- The food pantry will be operated as a drive-thru pantry in order to practice necessary social distancing. The drive thru food pantry will be available Tuesday and Friday from noon to 4pm.**

Magalia Community Church- Resource and Recovery Center- Offering supplies and food to those impacted by the Camp and North Complex Fires. The distribution center offers supplies based on donations received that may include clothing, household items, and furniture. Food offered may include fresh fruit and vegetables, commodities (once a week, drive through distribution), water, as well as non-perishable food. Available to all Fire Survivors. Fire survivors should must bring a photo ID, such as a California Driver’s License or California ID, and proof of impact through a burn scar address. Fire Survivors may access services through the distribution center once a week. The Magalia Community Church Resource and Recovery Center is located at 13700 Old Skyway Road. Services at the MCC Resource and Recovery Center are available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sat: 11am-3pm. Please call the church ahead for supply availability at 530-877-7963, please note: the phone will only be answered during MCC’s normal hours of operation.

Paradise Gleaners- **COVID-19 Update: At this time, Members and prospective members are required to stand outside for pick up of food items. If you are unable to get out of your vehicle, or have been exposed to Covid or have symptoms, please call ahead to receive boxed goods curbside.** Provides pantry goods and fresh produce selected and boxed by volunteers. Hygiene supplies and pet food are now also available. Drop in during program hours, M-F: 9am-2pm or by appointment, call (530) 815-5489. Cost: Ages 54 and younger: $10/week. Ages 55+ $20/month. Please note that participants will leave the Gleaners with ~$200-300 worth of groceries.
