Alliance for Workforce Development, Inc. / America’s Job Center of California– Prequalification Intake Form (Camp Fire Impacted) **COVID-19 Update: AFWD offices open by appointment only.  Drop off box outside of Workforce Recovery office, located at 1600 Mangrove Avenue, Suite 115 for returning forms in person M-F from 8am-5pm.** Offering an intake form for those impacted by the Camp Fire to access AFWD’s resources to help find employment. The intake form provides AFWD with background information on an individual’s case so they may direct them to resources and assistance effectively. Once the completed intake form is submitted, an AFWD representative will acknowledge receiving the form and a case manager will be in contact within 1 business day. Services and resources may include supportive services including but not limited to: gas cards for job search or employment/training, job and career training assistance, temporary work placement, career counseling, and assistance filing for unemployment. Services offered will vary on a case-by-case basis.  This intake form is intended for anyone impacted either directly or indirectly by the Camp Fire who is experiencing unemployment or underemployment.  Individuals will need to show RTW (Right to Work) documentation and any employment or layoff/UI info available to access services. Please Note: If an individual regained employment after the Camp Fire and has since lost it (due to COVID, or other reasons) they are still eligible for services and should submit the form.

Camp Fire Connect Website- Camp Fire Connect provides resources and information to Camp Fire Survivors who have relocated outside of Butte County. Camp Fire Connect provides information and connections to mental health, employment, case management and other resources. Valley Contractors Exchange – **COVID-19 Update- Regular office hours have resumed, 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday. In observance of safety protocols related to COVID-19, VCE will not be scheduling any in-person training until further notice.  VCE is working to provide access to online training for safety needs.  If you are in need of a particular class, please let VCE know** Offers information and resources for contractors, including building code, labor law, and networking resources. Helping contractors navigate the rebuilding regulations process. Contractors can call 530-343-1981, Mon-Friday 9am-5pm.
